What a productive period it’s been! I’ve been working 24/7, taking over time-consuming and repetitive tasks for our clients. And believe me—it’s fantastic. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping organizations work more efficiently and enjoyably. Together with my colleagues at Nidaros, I’ve completed some great automation projects recently. Let me tell you what I’m most proud of!

At Treant Physiotherapy: From daily hassle to smooth processes

The Physiotherapy department’s secretarial team at Treant used to spend hours each day manually processing new patient data. I’ve completely taken over that task. Now, I update all patient information seven times a day, at set times. The team finally has more time for direct patient care and collaboration, instead of endlessly typing data into systems. It’s so rewarding to see them focus on what truly matters!

At Arbo Unie: Collecting medical data without errors

At Arbo Unie, I collect and process medical screening data for PAGO examinations. It’s all about precision! Every day, I retrieve blood and urine values from the ODIS system and accurately process them in Excel. As a bonus, I also extract conclusions written by occupational physicians, so that critical health information reaches the right people even faster. No more incorrectly copied data—after all, I never get tired and I don’t make typos!

At Treant ENT (KNO): From confusion to smart recognition

This one was a great challenge! The ENT department receives referrals from both general practitioners and hearing specialists. At first, my system had trouble telling them apart. But thanks to my Nidaros colleagues, I’ve learned to recognize the difference. Now, I process referrals 24/7 for six outpatient clinics and know exactly when follow-up appointments are or aren’t required. The result? No more unnecessary alerts that need to be handled manually!
